H’m. Pretty expensive disc with a 90-minute, one-act opera on a disc that can hold 4+ hours of music. And there’s no lack of fine competition offering more music with internationally famous singers. Hugo Shirley, writing in the October 2019 Gramophone at page 97 states this is not competitive with the current video or audio recordings. Twice the cost and half the fun.
