This is a world premiere recording. Arkiv Music does list a CD recording of the "Flaminio Overture" included in a CD of Pergolesi symphonies. Now that's an obscure opera! But at least it's a comedy and not something that's supposed to be good for you.

I’m pretty sure Sonia Yoncheva is an alternate spelling of Sonya Yoncheva, who was 29 years old when she sang Agata in this. This would make her 39 in 2020 working as an A-list soprano in staring roles at places like the Met, La Scala, and the Vienna State Opera. This Il Flaminio might be her first appearance in a video.
